Storage Volume: ~67 cubic metres for a standard unit, or up to 76 cubic metres for a high cube.

• Ceiling Improvements: Repairing or replacing ceiling boards that were previously dilapidated or nonexistent.

• Repainting: Enhancing the appearance of outlets by repainting both interior and exterior surfaces.

• Shelving and Infrastructure: Installing newly constructed grocery shelves in most shops and providing steel tables for fast food outlets.

• Electrical Work: Conducting re-wiring or new electrical installations to ensure the safety and functionality of the outlets.

• Roof Repairs: Completely replacing the roofs of some outlets where required.

• Tiling: Installing new tiles to improve the flooring in various shops.
